Working Towards Wellbeing is the employment divison of Osel Enterprises Ltd, an island registered charity that has been supporting the needs of people with mental ill health and or a disablity since 1988.

Mental Health Employment Support
Our experienced Employment Advisors support those with mental ill health by helping them return to work, retain their current employment, find new employment, volunteering opportunities or in undertake training/education.
Connect to Work
We can help you to retain your employment if it is a risk whilst you are recovering from mental ill health or disability difficulties.
We work with your employer aswell, to achieve the best outcome for you.
Employers Service
We will discuss your personal goals and objectives together, and compile your Personal Action Plan that will help to promote self-belief and increase confidence.
