Who we are
Working Towards Wellbeing is the Employment Division of Osel Enterprises Ltd, an Island registered charity that has been supporting the needs of people with Mental Ill Health or Disability since 1988.
Osel Enterprises Ltd has three divisions – Working Towards Wellbeing, Wight Crystal Water, Way Forward Programme.
Since 2009 Employment Advisors have been working within the Community Mental Health Team and Talking Therapies.
The Working Towards Wellbeing Team consists of :
- 1 Employment Service Lead Primary
- 1 Employment Service Lead Secondary
- 4 Employment Advisors
We come from a varied range of backgrounds including Adult Social Care, Education, training and mental health support. We are an experienced team in delivering specialised employment support services.
