Julie Gladman (nee Sandford)
Employment Services Lead
Responsible for overseeing all areas of employment service delivery, staff recruitment, training and employment service development / progression.
Co-ordinating the day to day delivery of a person centred approach to ensure that all referrals to the Employment Service are treated equally without discrimination and that contractual responsibilities are adhered to.
Continually working on establishing excellent working relationships with local employers, statutory and charitable organisations to identify and source future funding opportunities to sustain the future of the service.

Tina Lewis
Employment Service Deputy Lead
Provides support to the Employment Service Lead and to the Working Towards Wellbeing team to ensure that support is delivered in a person centred way, working alongside NHS therapists, working within the community and liaising with external agencies and employers.
Supports Employment Service Lead with the continual awareness and development of Working Towards Wellbeing.

Lorna Murray
Employment Advisor IAPTS
Supports individuals using a person centred approach with mental Ill health to gain or retain paid employment, training or voluntary placements.
Promotes the positive impacts of having a more inclusive improved quality of life can have on mental ill health.
Establishes close links with local employers and charitable organisations.

Supports individuals using a person centred approach with mental Ill health to gain or retain paid employment, training or voluntary placements.
