A structured support model to help individuals with complex barriers to access equal opportunities and help them maintain their role.

Working in close partnership with DWP, IOW Council – and working alongside Palladium and Youth Trust.

Supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties/Disabilities/ Neurodiversity with Supported Employment.

 

A structured support model called SEQF – Supported Quality Framework Model – meaning we are regularly audited to make sure the support we are offering meets this national standard.

By working closely with individuals to complete a Vocational Plan and Action Plan to help their Employment Advisor find not just the right role, but something they want to do as that is the most important part.

Working closely with local employers to find disability confident employers who are willing to support individuals with barriers back into work or to maintain their role.

Employer Engagement

Working closely with Employers to help our clients find the right employer, who is willing to make reasonable adjustments.

The Employer is equally as important as the client to ensure they are happy and the person working for them is a right fit for the role.
